With over 12 years of experience in nonprofit management and social development, Saima brings strategic thinking and compassionate leadership together to expand the reach and quality of the foundation’s programs.

In 2014, what began as a deeply personal mission to help a few vulnerable girls quickly grew into a full-fledged foundation that has now transformed the lives of hundreds of orphaned and underprivileged girls across Pakistan.

With a background in social work and education, Rashida combines compassion with strategy. She has dedicated over a decade of her life to creating a structured, safe, and nurturing environment for girls who have no family, no resources, and no protection.
