Experience & Activities

In 2014, what began as a deeply personal mission to help a few vulnerable girls quickly grew into a full-fledged foundation that has now transformed the lives of hundreds of orphaned and underprivileged girls across Pakistan.

With a background in social work and education, Rashida combines compassion with strategy. She has dedicated over a decade of her life to creating a structured, safe, and nurturing environment for girls who have no family, no resources, and no protection.

💼 Her Role & Vision

As the President & CEO, Rashida:

  • Oversees all major programs including shelter, education, vocational training, marriage support, and livelihood initiatives

  • Personally mentors the girls under the foundation’s care

  • Leads strategic partnerships and donor relationships

  • Ensures transparency, sustainability, and impact in every initiative

  • Advocates for girls’ rights and dignity at national platforms

❤️ A Leader Who Leads by Example

What sets Rashida apart is her hands-on leadership. She visits the shelters regularly, listens to every girl’s story, and walks with them through their healing and growth.

She is often the first person a new orphaned girl meets at the shelter — and the last person holding her hand on her wedding day.

🕊️ Her Message

“We are not here to do charity. We are here to build futures. Every girl we support will one day support someone else. That is the cycle of hope I believe in.”
